Lueur Restaurant - Intimate gourmet cuisine
In this trendy restaurant, every meal is an immersive experience, with guests seated directly at the bar, facing the chef and mixologist. Here, cuisine is experienced live, creating a convivial, refined atmosphere where gastronomy and mixology meet.
To make the most of this limited space while guaranteeing maximum efficiency, Maison Rondeau has set up a real kitchen area behind the bar. The installation includes a 4-burner gas stove with US Range griddle, an IKON refrigerated cold table, a stainless steel countertop with double sink, and a TRUE 3-door glass back bar for optimal storage.
To complete the experience, we also supplied all the crockery, from elegant plates and refined cutlery to essential glasses and accessories, guaranteeing a service to match the culinary excellence on offer.

Blaxton Pub & Grill - A kitchen and bar designed for performance
Located in Place Laurier Québec, Blaxton Pub & Grill is a must-visit address where conviviality and gastronomy meet. Maison Rondeau had the privilege of contributing to this large-scale project, supplying virtually all the equipment for the bar and kitchen, combining efficiency, durability and innovation. The bar was fitted out with Glastender cocktail and ice stations, True refrigerated back bars, and two wine cellars to ensure smooth, efficient service.
On the kitchen side, the installation includes stacked UNOX combi ovens, Hoshizaki refrigerated and salad tables, an EmberGlo grill, induction hobs and a Garland burger press, not to mention a Hatco toaster, a Waring pasta cooker and an Atmovac sous-vide machine. A Hoshizaki ice dispenser and reserve, a Berkel slicer, and Thorinox shelves and pass-throughs for optimal organization complete the package.

Hotel School of the Capital of Quebec - Innovation and training: a gourmet collaboration
As part of a partnership with the École Hôtelière de Québec, Maison Rondeau is providing a Robot Crème MFD15 from PVLAB. This multifunctional robot, capable of pasteurizing, cooking and turbining creams and ice creams in a single device, enables students to train on cutting-edge equipment used in patisserie and professional catering.
This collaboration provides an enriching hands-on experience for future chefs, while enabling us to organize exclusive demonstrations for our customers. A great opportunity to showcase the performance of this equipment in an educational and professional setting!
Lévis Convention Centre - A high-performance kitchen for flawless event service
The Centre de congrès et d'expositions de Lévis equipped itself with Lainox Naboo combination ovens, models NAEB102 and NAEB202, to meet the demands of a high-volume catering service. This equipment enables fast, controlled cooking, essential for smooth, high-quality service at large-scale events.

Baie-Saint-Paul Hospital - High-performance ovens for efficient hospital kitchens
To meet the demanding requirements of a hospital kitchen, Maison Rondeau has equipped the Baie-Saint-Paul Hospital with three Naboo combination convection ovens from Lainox, including one NAEB102 10-rack model and two NAEB202 models, each with a 40-rack capacity. This equipment guarantees precise, even and rapid cooking, essential for the preparation of large quantities of food.
