Free-standing air-cooled ice machine. Features: washable air filters. Stainless steel exterior. Produces 215 lbs/day (based on 70 °F air, 50 °F water in 24 hours). Built-in storage holds 81 lbs. Hoshiguard: prevents the growth of bacteria, mold and yeast in all Hoshizaki bins. It produces “crescent” cubes that measure 1 1/8″ x 1 1/2″ x 1/2″.
