ATMOVAC – DIABLO 20D – Double seal vacuum sealer with gas injection is an ATMOVAC vacuum sealer made for EURODIB. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) or gas injection raises production benefits, minimizes food waste, improves quality and increases shelf life. Gas injection is optional and available on this pre-equipped machine, enabling the option to be retrofitted.

With its two 20″ sealing bars and large chamber dimensions, you get a large work capacity. You can fit several bags (see our vacuum bags) into its tank, so you can produce more bags at the same time, or vacuum-pack a large pizza, for example. Its domed lid allows you to place taller pieces of food.

Industrial quality, built for culinary use, it features a simple interface and functions accessible to everyone. It has a sous vide program for marinating. And you can make preparations for sous-vide cooking. As an option, the protective atmosphere of the gas, combined with suitable packaging material and, in many cases, low temperatures, preserves the taste and appearance of food for longer.

The ATMOVAC – DIABLO 20D can be moved as you wish with its self-supporting base on wheels. It has two 20-inch sealing bars with a sealing cycle time of 30 to 40 seconds. Its suction pump speed is 24 m³ per hour. You can program your welding time as you wish.
