Description

Double drawer warmer by Alto-Shaam. This drawer provides an ideal way to store additional food supplies when serving large groups. Stainless steel for easy cleaning. Each drawer is large enough to hold a 20 x 6 x 12″ deep pan with a maximum of 36 lbs. of product.

Strong construction for commercial purposes. The 500-2DN drawer uses digital controls to easily adjust temperatures from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the internal sensor precisely gauges the internal temperature for fast recovery.
