\nThe Cleveland KEL30 steam kettle features a 2\/3 liner permanently filled with treated water, eliminating the need for venting and refilling. Electronic temperature controls offer a variation of less than +\/- 1\u00b0, ensuring uniform cooking from 63\u00b0 to 127\u00b0 Celsius.
