With this quality, easy-to-use professional electric fryer, you’ll be able to fry your food to perfection. The E35 from PITCO is a floor standing electric fryer with an oil capacity of 35 pounds. It features a 14×14 inch stainless steel welded frying basin with a smooth hammered finish that holds two baskets. For greater sturdiness and ease of maintenance, is designed entirely in stainless steel; tank, sides, front, doors, and backsplash. Easy to use, with a front-mounted On\/Off button and a thermostat that regulates and maintains temperature in a range from 200\u00b0F (93\u00b0C) to 375\u00b0F (191\u00b0C). It offers 15Kw of power. For quick draining, it is equipped with a 1-1\/4\u2033 NPT full bore bottom drain valve. Manufactured with fixed, sealed heating elements, this unit ensures a safe working environment by keeping hot elements in the tank and eliminating the risk of oil leakage. It has 4 adjustable 6″ feet that can be adapted to the user’s preferred working height. It requires a 208 V three-phase electrical connection to operate.
