CLEVELAND KEL60 – 60-gallon stationary electric steam kettle with 2/3 steam jacket is the ideal tool for quickly cooking large quantities of signature broths and soups in professional kitchens. The 50 PSI steam jacket offers higher pressure than many standard kettles, ensuring fast, efficient cooking.
Stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the rolled rim resists abuse, preserving the kettle. Sturdy feet allow the kettle to be bolted to the floor, ensuring maximum stability.
The Cleveland KEL60 steam kettle features a 2/3 liner permanently filled with treated water, eliminating the need for venting and refilling. Electronic temperature controls offer a variation of less than +/- 1°, ensuring uniform cooking from 63° to 127° Celsius.
The Cleveland KEL60 steam kettle offers cooking without a direct heat source, ensuring even heat distribution. Its rust- and corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel construction makes it easy to clean.
