The AUTOFRY MTI-10X – Ventless automated fryer offers you an ALL-IN-ONE solution.
You don’t need a chef, a fully equipped kitchen, an exhaust hood or a fire system. Whether you’re a pub, a bar, a small fast-food restaurant, a convenience store, a movie theater, or anything in between, you can offer your customers great fries thanks to the AUTOFRY MTI-10X ventless automatic fryer. With this revolutionary fryer, there’s no risk of mess, burns or unpleasant odors, because the AUTOFRY-MTI-10X is a complete, hermetically sealed system. It has its own internal ventilation, a built-in fire system, and the entire automatic frying process. It protects employees in the enclosed cooking chamber.

The AUTOFRY MTI-10X works with Simplifry™ technology, which offers 18 programmable presets, a sleep mode, heat/time compensation intelligence and several language options. It features the ANSUL® fire extinguishing method, specialized for kitchen fires.

Extremely easy to use with its programming, the AUTOFRY MTI-10X is a single basket countertop fryer capable of producing up to 4 pounds of product per frying cycle. It has an oil capacity of 2.75 gallons, and you can fry around 30 to 60 pounds of fries per hour. Food is fried to perfection without the need for skilled personnel, giving you good value for money.
