At 11 3/4″ deep and 1/2″ thick, the work surface is included with the appliance. This cutting board is in high-density polyethylene which is NSF approved and which offers strong durability. It can be removed from the cooling appliance for washing.

Adjustable shelves are PVC coated for increased durability.
