Alto-Shaam hot holding banquet cart. The innovative Halo Heat system provides heating to keep food juicy, tasty and warm. Easy to move on heavy duty casters, in 18 gauge stainless steel. This cart can also hold plates. No source of humidity required. Its double door design with controls for each side means you can use two different temperatures. The Alto-Shaam 1000 UP double compartment holding cabinet offers a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, with digital display on each compartment, to be sure your food stays at the right temperature. Each compartment also has a 22 gauge stainless steel door with a handle impregnated with anti-microbial additives for greater food safety!
