Description

Floor gas fryer 16″, 3 burners with tubular heat distribution system with a total of 115000 BTU. Stainless steel grease pan with a capacity of 42 lbs (23L). Comes with high limit control and safety valve. The thermostat keeps the temperature from 200 ºF to 400 ºF (94 ºC to 205 ºC). The thermostatic control is located behind the fryer door. Two twin baskets with insulated handles. Top, front and splash panel in stainless steel. Sides and back in painted steel. Galvanized steel tubular legs with adjustable height.
